Hydraulic Power Steering Rig
Fully operational Hydraulic power assisted steering and suspension trainer manufactured using original components of a tractor. Supplied with sub-frame, torsion bar, wishbone’s, front hub assembly, steering column, steering wheel, power steering rack and power steering pump.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Hydraulic Power Steering circuit would also be simulated & validated using Automation Studio as per “Test & Learn” scenario.
Hydraulic Forklift Rig
Fully operational Hydraulic Fork lift is supplied with hydraulic power pack. Operated by a proportional hydraulic valve and joy stick. Pressure gauges are supplied at various points for better understanding. Complete electronic supply is included. This unit is specially designed for training purpose only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Hydraulic Forklift circuit would also be simulated & validated using Automation Studio as per “Test & Learn” scenario.
Hydraulic Aircraft Landing Gear
This is a small size training module that helps understand operation of hydraulically operated aircraft landing gear. The equipment consists of necessary hydraulic powerpack, electronics and hydraulic components, gear, wing section and gear doors, sensors, switches and indicators.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Hydraulic Air Craft Landing Gear circuit would also be simulated & validated using Automation Studio as per “Test & Learn” scenario.
Hydraulic Excavator Arm System
A smaller size excavator is designed for training purpose. Three motions are possible. Each movement is initiated by an independent hydraulic cylinder. Each cylinder is operated by a solenoid valve. The entire excavator is mounted on a table top for better teaching experience. All the necessary hydraulic and electronics is supplied. Pressure gauges are supplied at various points for better understanding.
